They cried out with a loud voice, saying, ‘Worthy is the One who is slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and might and honour and glory and blessing.’ – Revelation 5:12

Contemplative meditation

All goodness begins with Jesus Christ. Through Him, believers can possess power, wisdom, strength, and blessings. The Holy Spirit gives believers access to these. When one allows Him into their lives, they are given all that captures Christ’s goodness in every sense.

Reflection

A troubled young man, Sean once felt powerless and unsure of his fate. A pastor once reminded him, “Jesus has given you everything you need through His Spirit.” Then Sean began a deep search for God, and his life was transformed. His weakness was overcome by strength, wisdom guided him, and blessings became a regular part of his life. As Jesus is everything good, the Holy Spirit is that goodness in our lives.

Jesus gives us strength.

“I am capable of doing all these through Him, giving me strength.” – Philippians 4:13
During times of weakness, Jesus, through the Holy Spirit, strengthens us and helps us hold on.

Jesus Gives Us Wisdom
“Howbeit, if I go not away, the Comforter, even the Holy Ghost, whom I will send unto you from the Father, he shall teach you all things.” – John 14:26
True wisdom is found in Christ, and with the help of the Holy Spirit, we live with God’s own wisdom.

Jesus gives every blessing.

Blessed is a person whom God blesses, and with His blessing, there is not a tinge of sorrow. – Proverbs 10:22
We are given peace, joy, blessings, and a sense of purpose in Jesus.

Prayer:
Lord Jesus, You are the source of all goodness. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit that I may walk in Your strength, Your wisdom, and Your blessing each and every day. Make me a living testament to Your divine goodness. Amen.

Application:
Seek Jesus daily through prayer and scripture.

We must seek empowerment and guidance from the Holy Spirit through prayer.

We should believe that all good things come from Jesus, who is the fountain of goodness.

Final thoughts:

Jesus is the epitome of everything good, and His power and blessings are given to us through the Holy Spirit. Continue to be in fellowship with Him to receive His supernatural abundance.
