“But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, to redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.” — Galatians 4:4–5

God is a God of timing and seasons. Nothing He does is by accident; everything unfolds according to His divine plan. The birth of Christ was not random—it was carefully appointed. Paul reminds us that when the fulness of time had come, God sent His Son into the world. Christ’s coming at that precise moment was not only strategic but eternal in purpose.

The death and resurrection of Christ remain the most pivotal acts in the history of creation. Through His sacrifice, He redeemed us from sin, broke the curse of the law, and ushered us into the glorious liberty of sonship. “In Him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace” (Ephesians 1:7).

This truth reassures us in our personal lives: God is never late, and He is never early. What He has promised you will manifest at the appointed time. When His timing comes, everything aligns, and His plan becomes beautiful. “He hath made every thing beautiful in his time” (Ecclesiastes 3:11).

As you wait on God, trust that His delays are not denials. He is aligning circumstances, preparing hearts, and positioning you for the fullness of His blessing. “For the vision is yet for an appointed time… though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry” (Habakkuk 2:3).

Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank You for sending Your Son at the right time to redeem me and bring me into the liberty of sonship. Help me to trust Your timing in every area of my life. Teach me to wait patiently and faithfully, knowing that You make all things beautiful in Your time. I surrender my plans to You, and I ask for grace to walk in step with Your seasons. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
